Why take 3 days just to bake bread when commercial bread can be made in under 3 hours? Grocery store bread is mass produced thanks to thermophilic yeast – good for business, bad for health. This yeast can lead to a number of health problems and it is one of the reasons that bread gets such a bad rap! Breaking bread is one of the oldest traditions and we want to bring it back into your home! Our bread is made from wild air-borne yeast and uses a 3-day fermentation process. It’s yummy for the whole family. Those with gluten sensitivity can enjoy this bread, worry free (however not suitable for those with celiac disease.)

Ingredients: flour and salt, that’s all!
