- 1-2 varieties of leafy greens (kale, romaine, chard, dandelion, etc.)
- 2-3 varieties of fruiting vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, zucchini, squash, etc.)
- 1-2 varieties of roots (yams, potatoes, carrots, etc.)
- 2lbs of pre-selected steak, pork, chicken or fish (all humanely raise, wild-caught, and grass fed.)
