Why take 3 days just to bake bread when commercial bread can be made in under 3 hours? Grocery store bread is mass produced thanks to thermophilic yeast – good for business, bad for health. This yeast can lead to a number of health problems and it is one of the reasons that bread gets such a bad rap! Breaking bread is one of the oldest traditions and we want to bring it back into your home! Our bread is made from wild air-borne yeast and uses a 3-day fermentation process. It’s yummy for the whole family. Those with gluten sensitivity can enjoy this bread, worry free (however not suitable for those with celiac disease.) The olives bring out a delicious umami flavor, try and see!

Ingredients: flour, salt, mix of whole wheat stoneground flours. They come with extra virgin olive oil and without any sweeteners.  Kalamata olives coming from Greece and Turkey enjoy the reputation of being the best black ones around. 

This bread is free from dough conditioners and our Rye and whole wheat flours are stoneground, they come unbleached and unbromated.
