Our typical weekly veggie harvest includes the following:
- 3-5 varieties of organic leafy greens (kale, romaine, chard, dandelion, etc.)
- 3-5 varieties of organic fruiting vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, zucchini, squash, etc.)
- 3-4 varieties of organic roots (yams, potatoes, carrots, etc.)
- 1-3 varieties of spicy vegetables (onions, garlic, leeks, etc.)
